the link for Sichong's blog post was incorrect in the new link, the date has changed, but seems to be the correct content

@jonas-hag Thanks for noticing the broken link and submitting a PR to fix it! That was indeed the post I was referencing.

Though in re-reading it, I noticed that he sets the default partition in a separate file. This is no longer necessary as you can now specify resources as strings (this features was introduced in Snakemake 5.15.0, and is essentially the reason that smk-simple-slurm can exist).

thanks for the remarks, I haven't read it in detail yet and will pay attention. Also thank you for your simple workflow & explanation, I find it way easier to understand than the official profile repo!
