[ ] figure out failed writes eg. photos with 0 bytes
[ ] after zooming in (4x) during live preview and taking a photo, camera no longer works, have to restart

Maybe try this code (about explicitly opening a file)

I will also add a random alphanum string to the epoch time since the clock seems to go backwards from the RPi turning on/off often
