add compression and minify existing js resources #13

pagspeed says this site sucks and can save 80% bandwidth, which I pay for, by swapping it with CPUs, that are freeish.

Figure out what the node tools are ( grunt? ) to minify all of the things.

Look into a js / css concatenation too as all of the resources seem to be on all of the pages it can be as simple as the grunt setup I used for vocus.
