Blank cover too wide on Widescreen TV on load screen

On my widescreen TV, the blank cover is stretched out too wide on the load
screen.

Does it happen only when you use 3d covers?

Nope, happens either way, I just never noticed it before because I never had 
tried
loading a game before I downloaded the cover.
