crash while "loading textures" #174

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. loading coverflow-rc3 from HBC or forwarder screen turns black. "loading
please wait" screen appears for a blink of a sec. After this an exception
(DSI) occurred with stack and code dump.

2. loading coverflow-rc4 from HBC or forwarder screen turns black. "loading
textures" screen appears for a blink of a sec. After this an exception
(DSI) occurred with stack and code dump.

coverflow should starts. Stack and code dump screen

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
rc3 and rc4

used different sd 1 and 2 gb cards.

is this fix already incl. in RC5? I tried RC5 and exactly the same problem 
remains.

i am having this problem with rc4 (when trying to load it freezes on loading 
textures
and then returns to HBC) however if i retry enough i eventually get in
i would estimate i have no more than 20 games installed

4.0 system menu
bannerbomb
hackmii (bootmii, hbc, dvdx all installed)
cios36_rev10
patchmii used to get the cios installed

does a mod chip cause this problem? Nemchik: do u have a a mod chip installed? 
i got
a yaosm 3.x

i have no mod chip or any hardware mod of any type
