Always wrong cover for second game

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Enable 3d covers
2. Just scroll left and right

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The second game always displays the wrong cover. If I scroll forward then
scroll back to the beginning, the second cover changes into another cover
(unfortunately, still incorrect cover)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
486 and lower

Please provide any additional information below.
2D covers work without this error.
Pics attached (Pic 1 is the first time i scroll to the beginning. Pic 2
taken after I have scrolled forward then scrolled back to the beginning)

How many games do you have on disk?
