White Pixelization on Bottom of Screen #196

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load RC5 through forwarder or HBC
2. Load without problemss

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to see the coverflow menu, instead I see the coverflow menu with
white pixelly areas at the bottom, and at the upper left hand corner. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
RC5 on IOS249 rev 10

Please provide any additional information below.
RC3Update is working fine on my box.
