Perl import/export is wrong #4

Perl bindings uses Types::Standard to determine SV nature and this is wrong. This is at the origin of https://rt.cpan.org/Ticket/Display.html?id=129152 and has its own ticket https://rt.cpan.org/Ticket/Display.html?id=129164
