Real time map was fixed by #32
Heatmaps/timeseries will be fixed by upcoming PR for the viz module. Reports no longer worked but now work on my local machine.

Upload processed data to EC2 VM and run the report workflow there once to confirm that works. After that, should be able to close this issue.
