Tracking cancelled subscriptions #21

Open jdeck88 opened 8 months ago

jdeck88 commented 8 months ago

Is there a date for when a subscription is cancelled? I looked at the "Export" CSV file for subscriptions and it shows a subscription order date but it would be extremely useful to have a subscription cancelled date.

Is there any way for me to determine when a subscription has been cancelled?

From localline: Hey John,

These additional emails and export fields will be a feature request i'll submit to the team.

In the meantime, we should be able to look up individual order skip/ cancellation times if there are any orders in particular you are investigating specifically?

Can you generate a list of subscription cancellations from January 1st until now that includes customer name, email, and date they cancelled their subscription?

Also, Ideally, i would want to have them answer a few brief questions about their cancellation immediately before or after they cancel. Asking this question a week later will be much harder to get a response and to me this response of why people choose to leave our CSA is critical information.

Alilson is checking to see if we can loop in creating a column on Spreadsheet export of subscriptions a column "Date Cancelled" onto LL2-2814. this would allow us to look at subscriptions inthe past.
