A failed ACH funds comes back as failed AFTER a subscription order has run... (e.g. the following case came back 7 days later, after a subscription was ran and credit was given).... this leaves us in an awkward spot trying to get payment back:
_Hello John, Unfortunately, the ACH transaction for Full Farm CSA, LLC has failed. This could be due to a change in the account number, cancellation of the account, or the bank not recognizing the payment and taking action to prevent it:
Transaction: p1_txn66a88f75496e1db68198a4fAmount: $300.00Date: 2024-08-07Status: Insufficient Funds
We need to discuss the viability of accepting ACH transactions as we are unable to catch these cases.
Second point about this: is there a way to turn OFF ACH for new subscriptions moving forward without immediately disabling those who are on it right now?
