Unable to install #6

I get the following error trying to install: 1: package ‘CHETAH’ is not available (for R version 3.5.1)

ah I now see it requires R 3.6 https://bioconductor.org/packages/release/bioc/html/CHETAH.html

Hey! Yes, unfortunately I had to do that to become part of Bioconductor. So sorry if that stops you from using it, but good that you mention it. I will change the required version in Github to 3.5.1
