Hello,

This PR adds a new option redirectindex which allows to redirect packet listing to another URL (if we don't want to enable the packet listing).

I'm ok with this, but can we document it so we know what redirectindex does without having to look in the code ?

Can you write a test for it too ?

That will do for now, until I find time to rewrite a proper README.md and INSTALL.md
