This has been briefly tested https://github.com/jdelamater99/Twitter-RSS-Parser/issues/8#issuecomment-673251772 and appears to work

There was a typo in home.php leading to a syntax error. I fixed it along with some minor style changes in https://github.com/ianchanning/Twitter-RSS-Parser/pull/1
