UV values #140

Hi, can you get a UV value to go with the predictions (and current weather)? https://www.dwd.de/DE/leistungen/gefahrenindizesuvi/gefahrenindexuvi.html

I came up with it currently on vacation because I had a UV value of 11 every day. With the UV value you could show indications for sun protection. Guido

Thanks for the feedback Guido! I have plans to add UV index data to Bright Sky over the next month or two - it's tracked over in #119 :)
