Investigate non-WMO station IDs in MOSMIX data #73

These station IDs are used in MOSMIX but don't seem to correspond to any WMO stations (list incomplete). Is MOSMIX using a mix of WMO and non-WMO IDs?

'N2336', '58367', 'P0565', 'M552', 'K4204', 'F9432', 'F9429', 'K2688'
