Demetra+ Addins x Office 2016 64 bit #321

Hi,

I am a user of Demetra+ and a close follower of your SAEG group and meeting. I wonder if you are working on development of Demetra+ add-ins for the new Excel of Office 2016 (64 bit) within Windows 10. I have already tested the 64-bit version of the current release of Demetra+ and unfortunately it does not work with Excel version of Office 2016 (within Win10).

Is it reasonable to expect a new release of Excel add-ins in the following months or at least by the end of 2017?

Kind regards, Luca

Hi Luca,

We don't continue developing Demetra+. However, we intend to produce during the next months (before the end of this year) some Excel add-ins that should use JD+ through a WEB service. Such solution should solve the 32/64 bits contraints. The project will be saved on Github (in https://github.com/nbbrd repository) .

Best regards

Jean

Dear Jean,

Thank you for your email, it is a good news. Ideally, would be great if the new add-in of JD+ could allow to use formulas within excel to automatize any process. I will check from time to time the link you posted.

Best, Luca
