Improve branding

Current branding of JD+ is outdated and inconsistent.

Here is a non-exhaustive list of items to update and improve:

1. icon, favicon and avatar (square shape, logo only)
2. splash screen, about dialog image and banner (rectangular shape, landscape orientation, logo+text)
3. short description (a few words)
4. longer description (a few sentences)
5. URLs and domain name

There are too many different links and they are difficult to remember:

My solution would be to purchase a domain name (i.e. example.org) and use it like that :

The "logo that appears on some sites" wasn't already done by a professional designer? I thought it was supposed to be the official JDemetra+ logo, as I understood it was discussed and approved by the SACE in 2017.

I do remember some discussion about the logo but nothing else ... maybe I was absent at the related meeting.

For the different links I think a fast and simple solution would be to have github pages in the same organisation (and to move the documentation to github.com/jdemetra)
