Hello,

Do you know can this kind of radar pass CISPR 1 (EN 55015) or similar EMC standard for lighting products?

Any general idea? Thanks!

There are modules available that are certified. See Texas Instruments radar modules http://ti.com/awr, RFBeam https://www.rfbeam.ch/ and many others. But you pay more of course :)

What's the transmit power including antenna?

maximum estimation: supply voltage (3.3V) supply current (~3mA) efficiency (arbitrary number: 0.5) = <5mW. My guess would be closer to <1mW
