widget appears but do not see up/down arrows #184

I am using timepicker with bootstrap 3 and the widget appears when I click on the text input. However, I do not see arrows above and below the hour, minute and am/pm boxes. Any idea what might be causing this?

please use Bootstrap 2.x. or change the icon style.
