Move into ipython/ipython_widgets ? #1

This is pretty generic, and could be useful to many people, should we move this, or a cleaner version of it into widget proper?

Very cool! I am a little hesitant to move this into widgets proper, but what do others think? Part of it is that I don't know if we will always continue to rely on bootstrap in the core widgets...
