Carthage support #267

Can we add Carthage support? Simple dynamic framework (another target). The only problem is name, because there's already target with name MBProgressHUD, so, we should create target like MBProgressHUDFmwk or something like this.

No plans here. But feel free to create a fork with Carthage support if you want to use it.
