Describe the bug Custom AB fields not working in TB68

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Edit a contact
  2. Fill in one or more fields added by gContactSync
  3. Close the dialog
  4. Check the contact. The custom fields were not updated.

Expected behavior Fields are properly saved

Anniversary field doesn't work, either. The custom datepicker was removed.

This should be fixed in 3.1.6.
