Preferences Dialog Broken in TB68 #138

Describe the bug Preferences dialog is not working in TB68. It has a black background for some reason and none of the elements are actually linked to the preferences.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open the Preferences dialog
  2. Look at it.

Expected behavior The dialog should have a similar appearance to TB60 and the preferences should be linked to the elements.

This should be fixed in 3.1.6.
