fails to sync with "offline" error & New Account error

Firstly, I have used this Add-On for many years and very much appreciated the additional functionality. Without it, Thunderbird, would not be be as attractive. I use other Google products extensively. Thank you Josh!

Describe the bug Two bugs, which maybe, probably are associated with one another.

I initially had issue with 1,500 contact limits so upgraded to GCS 3.2.0. Now I have deeper issues.

Bug1 Upon manual sync, dialogue box shows zero transactions. Log Attached below. Note Notification Summary. Error recorded is GCS offline in token exchange with Google (see entry just before the Notification Summary)

Bug2 (maybe related) Fail to add, sync or delete an Address Book In experimentation I attempted to add another "New Account" for an existing gmail account. Steps:

To Reproduce

1. In gContactSettings-> New Account
2. Select "New Account" from a list of pre configured TB gmail accounts in drop-box
3. -> Next 4.-> In Google Signin dialogue, for the selected account -> Next -> enter password -> Signin
4. Google wants access... dialogue box appears -> Allow -> gContactSncy Error Notification appears. Is blank except for "OK" button
5. -> OK -> step 5 reappears, repeat -> Allow -> Google Signin with token code appears with note "copy this code, switch to your application and paste it there". -> take copy to clipboard. Only options presented are buttons for Cancel and Back, Next is greyed out.
6. Have tried many options, but can not progress. I receive an email from google security confirming access granted to the app.

Notes. Step 5 always fails on first attempt.

On review of "Edit Accounts" the new account which failed to complete (as above) is listed as a new Address Book. The associated google account is "None". The "Choose an Account" dropbox shows options of "none" and my initial, primary gmail account.

The "Find All Groups" does not function for any Account.

The primary gmail account does not sync. I have checked Google accounts and all have GCS registered as third party app.
