Provide nightly downloads #73

I'm no longer asble to use gContactSync due to #68. This is fixed in master but I don't have the know-how (and time) to figure out how to build a local version.

Is it possible for you to provide a download link that would always serve the latest dev build in the form of a APK file we could install manually into Thunderbird?

Sorry, but I don't plan on providing nightly builds at this time. If I had more time to work on gContactSync I would consider it. I typically keep the development channel on AMO up-to-date when I make and test changes.

If you really want to use the latest changes you could clone the source and write a script to pull updates then run Thunderbird and use that instead of your usual TB shortcut.
