Formation bonuses #10

Fix for #9 Added Formation Bonus List, each bonus has an IsValid function to determine if it's applicable to the force provided. Fixed some TMM Logic Added UI on Group Display in InPlay and Home pages to display Formation Bonus posibilities. Single string value of formation name is stored in data object.

Question: too much detail included in frormation bonus?

I'm not sure that there is such thing as too much as long as it's legible. When players play, they learn to adapt with the interface or sheets they're looking at.
