Updated Selenium Base and added incognito=True to the web driver. I reverted back to 2.13-rc-alpine, and now it seems to be working flawlessly. Not sure what broke in the newer version.

I reverted back to 3.12-rc Alpine, and the issue seems to be fixed.

@jdholtz This is ready to merge. So that you know, this is a temporary fix. Switch to the selenium docker template is recommended to make it easier to maintain.
