Refactor/6beam example #55

In this PR, the notebooks for retrieving wind speed/direction profiles and calculating the Reynolds from the 6-beam observations were reviewed.

The sampled data was moved to zenodo #53. The notebook cell's output was removed #54. Pooch is used to access the data deposited on zenodo #53. The broken data path from the turbulence_6beam_data was corrected #46 #54.

@castelao, could you have a look at those modified notebooks? What do you think about the introduction and the structure of those notebooks?
