Possibility to fix the atmospheric pressure #30

Add an option in config file in order to correct/adjust the atmospheric pressure

(pressure get lower with altitude (-1 hPa each 8.3 meters)

In my case, I should add 9 hPa to get the mean sea level pressure.

Added to rfxmcd.

In config.xml there is a new tag called <barometric>0</barometric> this will 
help the user to balance the 0x54 sensor barometric value. Only works for 
sensor 0x54.

The feature is updated to the SVN.

Tested and verified by issuer, thanks.
