Suit_isolate_seg generating huge files #3

When using the suit_isolate_seg function the file just keeps increasing in size. Everything works fine with suit_isolate.

Hey there,

Be sure that you set the origin of the image in the anterior commissure and that the orientation is LPI before using suit. this will fix your problem.
