Adding other controls #19

Getting the stream and images is nice but for home automation, being able to turn on and off PIR without going to the app would be really nice (I have an argus pro mounted by the front door, if I could control that I could turn of PIR during daytime if the family is home and not my mailbox filled up with emails of the kids getting in and out).

Have you managed to decode settings updates as well?

I'm better on the hardware end of things, what I'd like to do is make a wireless device that can remotely trigger a recording.... I'd probably make this a simple board that you could wire up to your own photo eye of choice or any other 24V sensor with a little web interface to enter your camera info and trigger duration (since I imagine it would have to start the recording and end it as that seems to be how the app works) (I want to setup a laser sensor at my driveway). I'd post the board design also so anyone could order their own (should be like $15 for 5 board itself + parts which would vary depending on what features you wanted to enable solar power etc...). Edit: actually someone has already done a solar battery supply so no need to do that myself https://www.waveshare.com/solar-power-manager.htm
