License of Lua dissector #29

Hello - I'm one of the maintainers of the Neolink project and I noticed you're using the Wireshark dissector from it. I am very glad it's been useful!

The dissector is (and has always been) AGPLv3; based on thirtythreeforty/neolink#341 I've just added a header clarifying the license since it's easy for the dissector in particular to be picked up and moved around, since it's self contained. Would you add a notice indicating the AGPL license of the dissector?

To be clear, I am happy for you to copy the dissector (it is free software, after all), and I don't think its presence in your repo makes the whole repo AGPL or anything, nothing drastically affecting your software's license. But I'd like for the license notice for the dissector to be preserved - thanks!

Hi, I removed the dissector from the git history. Thank you for the project idea and protocol description. Thanks to the neolink team for the support of battery powered cameras after this PoC.

I am gonna close this repo now, because i am not maintaining it anyway.
