Added editor background, workbench colors and integrated terminal color scheme #1

Hi, I really like your theme, and its the best port of gruvbox to vscode that I have seen. I expanded it to add the theme to more items in the inteface.

I'll will maybe port python syntax colors from vim aswell if i have time for it.

I added the changes you asked for. The colors from the terminal were from a konsole gruvbox coloscheme I downloaded from somewhere, I was to lazy do do my own xD . I thought they were the correct ones and didnt bother to check since they were very similar... I also switched the darker and bright colors however I don't think i like them that way, but they can be easily switched in the settings so I left them the way you asked.

If you want you can add the screenshot, otherwise I'll add it when I'm back on my desktop. Cheers 😄
