Enhancement: Find a better German data source #159

Describe the bug

Sometimes, the translations fetched, are very wrong. I know it's not directly a problem with this add-on, but it's a problem with the translation service, where I could not find how to configure a different one.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Add "German" to your model.
  2. Add a note for 洋气
  3. Observe the German translation as "Handsome". FWIW, "Handsome" (or "handsome") is not a German word at all.

Expected behavior

I expect to be able to use a dictionary that actually has meaningful translations.

Btw, this is not the first time, it's just the example that I could reproduce the easiest.

Thanks for your report. A small reminder that all contributor develop this add-on in there spare time without getting any monetary compensation. I kindly ask you to be more gentle when writing issues for unpaid open source projects.

To the topic: I can reproduce this error with the given word and also get "Handsome" as results as a German translation

Sorry. I didn't want to be rude. From my POV, having a way to adjust the dictionary, or dictionaries, used, could go a long way to solve the problem. I know it's not the addon, but the dictionary being used, that is the problem. I should try to solve the problem myself.

I've just noticed that the installed version says 0.14.0, while the thing I can pull from github, says 0.13.0. This doesn't feel right.

Translation and autofill never works for me these days, as if someone changed their API. Just saying. I know you do your best.

This issue is now tracking the request as a feature enhancement to include a better data source for German.
