Describe the bug I've selected to Bopomofo option in the menu bar; pinyin is added to the Reading field instead.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Select Chinese > Phonetics > Bopomofo (and restart Anki after, just to make sure it sticks.)
Create a new Chinese card

Expected behavior bpmf added to the Reading and Ruby field

I'd like to give fixing this a shot; any tips on the likely problem here?

@ihodes I would check the fill.py logic and debug it from there
