On Windows 11 Redux don't add the fields with a new Chinese word

On Windows 11

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. On Anki desk: add a new card
2. Click on 'Chinese (advanced)'
3. Add a new Chinese word and move the cursor to another part, but all the space are in blank (pinyin, bopomofo, meaning, etc)
4. Anki version is 2.1.49

Expected behavior Add a new Chinese word with all information in pinyin, bopomofo, meaning, etc.

If you just reinstalled on a new setup, make sure you click the 汉字 button in the options menu to activate the plugin. I was facing the same issue and eventually realised this is what was going wrong.

Could you please tell me how to access that options menu to activate the plug? I can't find it. thank you
