fix: toggle button #205

This fixes the chinese redux toggle button in Anki 2.1.49. It works with dark and light mode of Anki.

NOTE: This merge request needs testing with other Anki versions before merging.

This is because I'm not sure how stable the CSS class names like svelte-9lxpor are.
