Anki crash after adding cloze card #85

Crashing of Anki (2.1.5, stable) when adding cloze extraction card to deck. This happens after a few cards. I have disabled all addons to test this as well. (anki slows down too when this happens)

  1. open Anki
  2. Have 2 decks (imported articles and split portions + My IR clozes)
  3. Import article to imported articles and split portions deck
  4. start extracting as usual (no issues)
  5. extract cloze cards from extracts
  6. every few cards, after adding a new cloze card, the screen freezes and shows "the waiting to finish" screen, after which it crashes with no error log or anything.

I expect to have Anki not crash when adding cards from my extracts to "My IR clozes" deck

edit 1: I think speed of adding cards is a factor as well. When doing clozes and adding the card quicker, the crashes occur more frequently.

edit 2: nope, I thought my PC performance might have been the problem, but even after speeding up my PC, cleaning up RAM and having a way quicker experience, after 1 card that I added, it crashed again. Flabbergasted.

edit 3: I have tried something a little more radical, I uninstalled version 2.1 and installed version 2.0 instead. Downloaded the addon, well, it works perfectly. The thing that 2.0 doesn't do that 2.1 does, is after creating the cloze extract card, in Anki 2.1, the window would close automatically. In version 2.0, it doesn't. When closing it manually, nothing happens. No crashes, nothing.

Thanks. The add-on was substantially rewritten for Anki 2.1, so it's difficult to compare the behaviour. I'll try to reproduce this.
