It does not Hlighlight when I press H #95

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Open a IR deck
Choose a sentence
Press H
Nothing happens

Specs (please complete the following information):

OS: Windows 10 1809
Anki Version [v2.1.12]
- Incremental Reading Version [v4.10.3]

Additional context It seems that other Quick Keys also do not work.

I have the same issue. I can import the html page, it appear normally on the review page, but when I try to highlight nothing happens, and when clicking "extract" I receive the following message: "Please select some text to extract", of course I selected the text before...
