"Destination deck no longer exists. Please update your settings."

Describe the bug "Destination deck no longer exists. Please update your settings." appears when trying to use "quick key"

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. press "shift + X" when reading a document
2. get error code above
3. go to reading options to change the deck, see that it's been removed as in the picture above

Normal X shortcut works and extract the text. I tried using other destination deck, including some without space or hierarchy to no avail.

Expected behavior shift+X should produce the same result as X but with a cloze card.

Specs (please complete the following information):

• OS: Ubuntu
• Anki Version v2.1.13
  • Incremental Reading Version latest, cannot find the number

Sorry but I just fixed it by creating a new shortcut. It seems to work fine now.

It seems I was clicking on "save" instead of "set", this seems very counterintuitive to me so I filed a related feature request there : https://github.com/luoliyan/incremental-reading/issues/99
