Issue with level 4 headings #6

Hi Jdlrobson, I'm finding that in the Oakland article I can use the listing editor to edit listings in the "See", "Do", "Learn", "Buy", "Drink", "Sleep", and "Cope" sections, but not in the "Eat" section. Is it possible this is because in the "Eat" section the listings are under a level 4 heading (====Budget====) instead of level 2 or 3? Or is something else going wrong? It would be great if you could take a look. Thanks.

Example: Try to edit "Golden Lotus Vegan Restaurant, 1" Impacts Vector and Vector 2022.
