Encoding problem in names of sights #52

Visiting http://localhost:8142/destination/Osaka%2FTennoji/sight/Shitenn%C5%8D-ji#!/ throws a 500 API is using http://localhost:8142/api/voyager/sight/Shitenn%C5%8D-ji which for some reason is resolved as 

"uri": "/en.wikipedia.org/v1/page/summary/ShitennM-ji"
