Resolve switch_views.feature tests incompatiblity

The following MobileFrontend tests don't make sense when run against Weekipedia:

cucumber features/switch_views.feature:5 # Scenario: Switching from desktop view to mobile view
cucumber features/switch_views.feature:11 # Scenario: Switching from mobile view to desktop view

Would be great to exclude these via a tag.
