Redirects broken #135

https://travis-ci.org/jdlrobson/wikipedia-mobile-browser-tests are failing https://weekipediatest.herokuapp.com/en/wiki/Selenium%20diff%20test shows "You need an internet connection" - appears to be due a bad redirect from https to http.

The test server was not using the USE_HTTPS config flag.
