Images are not loading.. oh my! #142

Clicking images in https://trending.wmflabs.org/en.wikipedia/Chinese%20New%20Year does not load the image overlay for some reason.

The image also does not show on the file page.

Also https://trending.wmflabs.org/en.wikipedia/Media:Chinese_new_year_dates_SMIL.svg

I think the file page issues are due to caching. They are not edited often so not likely to have the information needed.
