Initial filters for simple and unowned don't apply #123

The list is not actually filtered properly until a checkbox is ticked off and on.

With http://www.joshmatthews.net/bugsahoy/?ff=1&simple=1 the spinner never disappears and the same problem is visible.

@jdm I can't reproduce either of these cases. Both cases have proper filtering and while the second link does take longer to load, the spinner still dissappears once the site has finished filtering.

Interesting. I see the same; I believe I intended no results to appear until the filtering was complete, however.
