Include Focus Android bugs tagged 'help wanted' #184

We want to show the union of Focus Android bugs with label 'good first issue' or 'help wanted'. I have not actually tested this code change :) but AFAICT addGithubComponentMapping/addGithubMapping will query each tag separately like we want.
