Embed @StartMozilla twitter feed into BugsAhoy #72

Eventually I think we should integrate whatcanIdo and bugsahoy, but for now I'm going to submit a small set of PRs to crosslink them and provide backlinks to documentation and StartMozilla.

I think this is a good idea, but I'm having trouble deciding whether the left or right side is better.
