go back to initial window when server is gone #108

right now it doesnt allow to (re)connect, only start training:

js2-server-gone

would be nice to have a button to try to reconnect or go back to:

js2-initial-menu

it requires a restart of the client to do anything else than training

another thing to check is 100% cpu usage when left in that state
